Southwest Airlines typically releases their schedule in the fall.
Once flights are released, pricing can fluctuate quickly. It is not uncommon to see fares increase significantly as availability changes.

- Use points, miles, or airline credits
If booking your own flights, we simply ask that you send us your flight details so we can:

Passport Required
PASSPORT BOOK: ALL citizens regardless of age traveling to international must have a valid passport book (passport cards are not acceptable for international flights). To locate a US Passport Agency and/or additional information, go to www.travel.state.gov or call the passport line at 1-877-487-2778. New passport applications can be downloaded from the website or picked up at any post office, but must be applied for in person. Passport Renewals can be mailed in, instructions are available online.

Deposit & Payment Information
A $50 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
If travel protection is selected, the cost of the policy will also be due at the time of booking.
Final payment must be made by April 16, 2027.
Additional Room & Booking Notes
If reserving multiple rooms, please note that room location is based on room category and resort availability. If different room categories are selected, rooms may not be located near each other. We will absolutely submit requests to have rooms as close as possible, but placement is determined by the resort and cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to the number of travelers in a room after booking will require the reservation to be canceled and rebooked at the current pricing and availability at that time. This may result in pricing differences.

That said, no rooms are currently being held, and this is a popular resort—so availability and pricing may change over time. You are absolutely welcome to time to decide, but we recommend booking sooner rather than waiting until the deadline for the best selection and rates.

Can travelers from different families share a room?
Yes. Travelers from different families can absolutely share a room, this is very common for group trips.
- The room will be booked under one reservation either by itself or under one parent's reservation.
- We can split the cost evenly between travelers, so each family only pays their portion
- Individual payment links will be provided to make this easy
Because all guests are tied to one reservation, it’s important that everyone sharing a room is confident in their travel plans before booking.
If one traveler cancels, the entire reservation will need to be canceled and rebooked at the current pricing and availability at that time, which may result in pricing changes.
Can changes be made after booking?
Changes such as adjusting the number of travelers in a room may require the reservation to be canceled and rebooked at current pricing and availability. We recommend confirming room arrangements prior to booking.
Can 4 boys stay in one room?
Dreams Playa Mujeres allows a maximum of 3 adults per standard room.
If 4 boys would like to stay together, they must book a Junior Family Suite, which includes two guaranteed connecting rooms.
Pricing:
- 4 boys (Family Suite): $1,629.56 per person
- 3 boys per room: $1,318.50 per person
- 2 boys per room: $1,323.36 per person
Because of this policy, 2 or 3 boys per room is typically the most cost-effective option. We can also request rooms to be located next to each other.
